Corporate Accounts

Any business that wants to use our OSHA online courses to train their staff may apply for our corporate account.

Follow These Easy Steps:

• Click on the Corporate Account Application in the middle of this page.
• Fill out the short 1/2 page form. All that is needed for approval is a valid federal or state ID and credit card number.
• Once you have completed the business account application, fax it to our Austin, Texas accounting office at 512-727-7683.
• We will process your application the same day. If you have provided a federal ID and credit card number you will receive automatic approval.
• We will apply a discount to your pricing structure based on the number of courses. If you have under 15 people we will apply a standard 10% discount to all courses.
• After processing the application we will email you a unique company billing code and detailed instructions on logging in.
• Your employees will be able to register for OSHA courses using your unique billing code.
• All courses taken by your employees will be billed to your company on a monthly basis.
• Your company will be responsible for paying for all courses taken by your trainees via this code.
• The 360training accounting department will provide a detailed report of all certifications and employee names prior to billing your account for verification purposes.
• Once you receive your unique billing code, your employees will automatically receive the discounted rate when they sign up for their courses. No special discount codes or additional information is required.
• Please note the payment by check method DOES require a valid credit card listed to guarantee the account. You will be billed on the 10th of each month and may pay by company or personal check. The credit card will not be charged unless the account remains unpaid.
