The OSHA 10 hour card is currently required on most construction sites in seven states. This OSHA training and 10 Hour OSHA Card satisfies these requirements. Mandatory states are:

Frequently Asked Questions - 10 Hour OSHA Outreach Course


  • This OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour training is accepted by California OSHA. OSHA California accepts federal OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour cards.
  • CAL OSHA has many California OSHA specific courses, however California accepts any Federal OSHA 10 hour or 30 hour card. They do NOT need to be California specific.
  • The course is 10 hours in length. You can take longer to complete it.
  • OSHA has established a maximum daily course time limit of 7.5 hours. The course will take a minimum of two days to complete. This applies to all OSHA course providers, both on site and online.
  • OSHA has also established a 7.5 hour minimum time lapse between day one and day two training. If you finish the first 7.5 hours in one day late at night, you must wait at least 7.5 hours until you start again. You cannot automatically start over at 12:01am.
  • Log in and log out to take the course at your convenience.
  • You may review any section you have already taken prior to testing.
  • The course is fully accepted by OSHA in all 50 states.
  • Upon completion, you may immediately print out your temporary certificate of completion for your jobsite or employer.
  • The temporary certificate signed by the OSHA Trainer will satisfy OSHA jobsite requirements until you receive your official OSHA 10 Hour Card from the US Dept. of Labor.
  • You will receive your official OSHA 10 Hour Card by US first class mail within three to four weeks. FASTEST IN THE INDUSTRY!
  • Each of the modules has a quiz that must be passed with a 70% or higher score.
  • Failed quizzes may be retaken up to 2 additional times.
