30 Hour OSHA Training - Construction Industry
The online 30 hour construction industry course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone in the construction industry. The fully narrated course is accepted by OSHA for online distribution and the 30 hour OSHA card is accepted by OSHA in all 50 states. The 30 hr. course
is divided into 24 lessons, 21 quizzes, 3 workshops and a final exam.
This course focuses on regulations per OSHA Standard 29 DFR Part 1926.

30 Hour OSHA Training - General Industry
The online 30 hour general industry course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone in the manufacturing and health care industies. The fully narrated course is accepted by OSHA for online distribution and the 30 hour OSHA card is accepted by OSHA in all 50 states. The 30 hr. course is
divided into 24 lessons, 21 quizzes, 3 workshops and a final exam.
This course focuses on regulations per OSHA Standard 29 DFR Part 1910.
You will learn OSHA 10 hour topics plus; OSHA inspection procedures, recordkeeping, fire detection & prevention, case studies workshop, lockout/tagout, welding cutting & brazing, ergonomics, permit required confined spaces, hand & portable tools.

The OSHA 30 hr. Construction course is intended for supervisors, managers, foremen, architects, engineers and planners on any construction or public works jobsite. This is a required course for most supervisors in New York and Nevada.
The OSHA 30 hr. General Industry course is intended for use in plants, factories and health care industries.
Both courses are 30 hours in online seat time and are broken down into easy to understand modules. You may login and logout at your convenience and take the course at your own pace. The total time must be at least 30 hours and the course does have a timer to indicate your total time.
Upon successful completion of the OSHA 30 Hour OSHA course, your Official OSHA Training Institute Education Center Certificate of Completion may be downloaded immediately following course completion and may be submitted to your employer and regulatory agencies as proof of compliance to OSHA regulations. You will receive your OSHA 30 Hour Card within three weeks via email. The fastest in the industry.
Frequently Asked Questions - 30 Hour OSHA Course
- The course is 30 hours in length. You can take longer to complete it.
- OSHA has established a maximum daily course time limit of 7.5 hours. The course will take a minimum of two days to complete. This applies to all OSHA course providers, both on site and online.
- OSHA has also established a 7.5 hour minimum time lapse between day one and day two training. If you finish the first 7.5 hours in one day late at night, you must wait at least 7.5 hours until you start again. You cannot automatically start over at 12:01am.
- Log in and log out to take the course at your own pace.
- You may review any section you have already taken prior to testing.
- The course is fully accepted by OSHA in all 50 states.
- Upon completion, you may immediately print out your temporary certificate of completion for your job site or employer.
- The temporary certificate signed by our OSHA Trainer will satisfy OSHA job site requirements until you receive your official OSHA 30 Hour Card.

The workshop and case study lessons utilize real-life case studies concerning regulations covered earlier in the course to help you think about how complying with OSHA regulations keeps you safe and prevents injuries on the job site.
Then, in the interactive workshop, you become familiar with the OSHA regulations and how to find those regulations on the OSHA.gov website.The student must pass all quizzes and the final exam with a minimum score of 70% or greater.
Quizzes and the final exam may be taken two (2) additional times if necessary to pass.
